Abstract

ABSTRAK Bermain gitar pada kondisi-kondisi tertentu dapat menyebabkan kelelahan fisik yang tanpa disadari ternyata membutuhkan konsumsi energi yang besar. Kelelahan tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain beat/tempo dan temperatur lingkungan. Hal tersebut yang membuat kelelahan terjadi bahkan terkadang timbul kecendurangan melakukan kesalahan saat memainkan gitar. Perhitungan Konsumsi Energi dan %CVL dilakukan menggunakan metode Fisiologi dengan pengambilan data denyut nadi pada saat responden memainkan gitar dan dikenai dua variabel perlakuan yaitu temperatur dan tempo musik. Termperatur terdiri dari panas (30ºC-33ºC), normal (24ºC-26ºC) dan dingin (20ºC-22ºC), sedangkan tempo terdiri dari tempo lambat (80beat/menit), sedang (160beat/menit), dan cepat (220beat/menit). Keduanya dikombinasikan menjadi 9 perlakuan. Data yang diambil saat penelitian berupa Denyut Nadi Istirahat (DNI), Denyut Nadi Kerja (DNK), keluhan responden, dan banyaknya kesalahan yang dibuat akibat kombinasi perlakuan tersebut. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pada aspek Konsumsi Energi, secara umum, variable tempo dan temperatur mempengaruhi nilai Konsumsi Energi secara signifikan. Pada aspek % Cardio Vascular Load (%CVL), secara umum, variable tempo dan temperatur mempengaruhi nilai %CVL secara signifikan. Pada aspek perhitungan kesalahan bermain gitar ini, secara keseluruhan jumlah kesalahan terbanyak terjadi pada perlakuan temperatur dingin. Sedangkan jumlah kesalahan terkecil terjadi pada perlakuan temperatur normal. Perlakuan ini dirasakan nyaman bagi para pemain gitar. Secara umum, variable tempo dan temperatur mempengaruhi jumlah kesalahan secara signifikan ABSTRACT Playing guitar on certain conditions can cause physical fatigue unwittingly turned out to require large energy consumption. The Datas taken during the research are Resting Pulse (DNI), Work Pulse (DNK), complaints of respondents, and the many mistakes made due to a combination of these treatments. In general it can be concluded that the aspect of energy consumption, in general, variable tempo and temperature affect the value of energy consumption significantly. On Cardio Vascular aspects% Load (% CVL), in general, variable tempo and temperature affect the value of% CVL significantly. In the aspect of playing guitar this error calculation, the overall number of errors occurred in treatment of cold temperatures. While the smallest number of errors occurred at normal temperature treatment. This treatment is felt comfortable for the players guitar. In general, variable tempo and temperature significantly affect the number of errors.
