Abstract
ABSTRAK Pemilihan dan penilaian supplier merupakan salah satu masalah pengambilan keputusan yang meliputi beberapa faktor baik bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Performansi yang diperlihatkan supplier dapat mempengaruhi performansi perusahaan, karena supplier memegang peranan penting sebagai penjamin ketersediaan barang pasokan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan perlu memonitor kinerja supplier secara kontinyu. Penilaian ini penting dilakukan sebagai bahan evaluasi yang bisa digunakan untuk mengingkatkan kinerja supplier atau sebagai bahan pertimbangan perlu tidaknya mencari supplier alternatif Selama ini, PT. Manggala Puri Sakti dan PT. Dharmasrana Rahardja melakukan penilaian supplier hanya menekankan pada kriteria harga dan kualitas saja dan kurang memperhatikan kriteria lain yang dapat menambah nilai pada masa yang akan datang. Selain itu, model penilaian tersebut tidak diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan klasifikasi supplier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria yang dapat digunakan PT. Manggala Puri Sakti dan PT. Dharmasrana Rahardja dalam menilai supplier serta melakukan perhitungan bobot setiap kriteria sesuai dengan klasifikasi supplier. Perhitungan bobot kriteria menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan untuk pengklasifikasian supplier didasarkan pada tingkat kepentingan kepentingan material yang disuplai dan tingkat kesulitan mendapatkan material tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan 6 kriteria penilaian supplier yang dapat digunakan, yaitu image perusahaan, kelengkapan dokumen, harga, pengiriman, kualitas, dan pelayanan. Pada Critical Strategic Supplier, Bottleneck Supplier, dan Leverage Supplier; kriteria kualitas memiliki bobot tertinggi berturut-turut adalah 0,445; 0,444; dan 0,450. Sedangkan pada Non-Critical Supplier, kriteria harga memiliki bobot tertinggi yaitu sebesar 0,459. ABSTRACT Selection and assessment of suppliers is one of the problems of decision making that includes several factors, both qualitative and quantitative. Supplier performance shown can affect performance, because the supplier plays a key role as guarantor of the availability of required supplies company. Therefore, companies need to continuously monitor supplier performance. This assessment is important as evaluation materials that can be used to improve the performance of suppliers or as consideration whether or not to seek an alternative supplier. During this time, PT. Manggala Puri Sakti and PT. Rahardja Dharmasrana supplier assessment criteria only focus on price and quality alone, and less attention to other criteria that can add value in the future. In addition, evaluation models are not classified according to the classification of suppliers. The purpose of this study was to identify criteria that can be used PT. Manggala Puri Sakti and PT. Rahardja Dharmasrana in assessing suppliers and perform calculations weight each criterion according to the classification of suppliers. Calculation of criteria weights using Analytical Hierarchy Process and method for classification of suppliers based on the level of importance of material interests which were supplied and the level of difficulty in obtaining these materials. Based on the results, six criteria to evaluate suppliers that can be used, the image of the company, the complete document, price, delivery, quality and service. In Critical Strategic Supplier, Supplier bottlenecks, and Leverage Supplier; quality criteria have the highest weights are respectively 0.445, 0.444, and 0.450. Non-Critical while in the Supplier, the price criterion has the highest weight that is equal to 0.459.
