Abstract

Abstrak Inovasi adalah sarana bagi industri telekomunikasi untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan (sustainable competitive advantage), di tengah lingkungan yang cepat berubah dengan segala kompleksitasnya. Program Knowledge Management (KM) sebagai usaha agar PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (TELKOM) menjadi knowledge enterprise, akan mempercepat proses inovasi, dengan pengelolaan pengetahuan yang baik. Proses knowledge management akan berperan dalam kinerja inovasi apabila terdapat budaya organisasi (Organizational Culture) yang mendukung. Penelitian ini meninjau hubungan antara knowledge management dan kinerja inovasi, serta pengaruh moderasi organizational culture terhadap hubungan antara knowledge management dan kinerja inovasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran instrumen (kuesioner) terhadap 100 karyawan TELKOM kantor regional IV, yang tersebar diberbagai unit/divisi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SmartPLS (Part Least Square) versi 1.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara KM dengan kinerja inovasi dan budaya organisasi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara KM dengan kinerja inovasi. ABSTRACT Innovation is one of tool to telecommunication industry to increase sustainable competitive advantage, in fast moving environment with all of the complexity. Knowledge Management (KM) as the effort of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (TELKOM) to be a Knowledge Enterprise will catalist innovation proccesses. Knowledge Management have role in innovation performance if there are supporting Organizational Culture. The purpose of this study is to learn correlation between Knowledge Management and innovation performance, and moderation effect of organizational culture to correlation between knowledge management and innovation performance. This study is hold with spread instrument (questionnaire) to 100 TELKOM people in regional office IV, that spread to many unit. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling with PLS using the software SmartPLS 1.0. The results of data processing showed that is no significant correlation between Knowledge Management and innovation performance, and organizational culture not moderate the correlation between knowledge management and innovation performance
