PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMELIHARAAN (Maintenance Information System) ”Studi kasus di PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor Divisi Engine Plant”

Abstract

ABSTRAKS Meningkatnya Efektivitas dan efisiensi merupakan salah satu manfaat adanya teknologi. Sedangkan ruang lingkup dalam pencapaian efektivitas dan efisiensi itu sendiri banyak sekali, untuk mempermudah pembahasan dalam pencapaian efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam tugas akhir ini penulis memfokuskan pada bidang manajemen pemeliharaan dengan studi kasus pada departemen maintenance PT.ADM divisi Engine Plant. Pada PT. ADM, perawatan mesin dilakukan oleh departement maintenance. Departement ini memiliki tugas utama dalam hal menjaga fasilitas-fasilitas pabrik. Untuk saat ini proses pendokumentasian atau pencatatan dalam manajemen perawatan masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu menggunakan kertas. Setelah itu, di pertengahan dan akhir bulan, mereka merekapnya dengan menggunakan microsoft excel, padahal jumlah mesin yang mereka miliki tergolong banyak. Untuk ilustrasi, didalam 1 line jalur produksi machining cylinder Head K3/3SZ, terdapat 61 mesin yang harus dioperasikan. Sedangkan perusahaan harus mengoperasikan 6 line yang masing-masing rata-rata terdapat 60 mesin. Sehingga kemungkinan adanya data-data yang tidak akurat sangatlah besar. Bisa jadi karena kelalaian operator, hilang atau rusaknya kertas, dan lain sebagainya. Kemudian untuk menangani manajemen barang hanya bisa dilakukan di warehouse, karena sistem masih standalone, sehingga manajemen kesulitan untuk mengontrolnya. Maka dari itu penulis menyimpulkan bahwa secara umum yaitu perlunya condition monitoring secara real time terhadap manajemen pemeliharaan yang ada, dan perlunya otomasi dalam manajemen barang yang ada di warehouse. Dari 2 pokok masalah tersebut, penulis memberikan usulan sebuah solusi untuk dibangun sebuah sistem informasi pemeliharaan atau Maintenance Information System yang berbasis web. Kemudian setelah dilakukan perancangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa disain sistem yang baru perlu untuk diaplikasikan. So the possibility of data which is inaccurate is enormous. It could be due to operator negligence, loss or destruction of paper, and so forth. Then to handle things management can only be done in the warehouse, because the system is standalone, so difficult to control management. Thus the authors concluded that in general the need for condition monitoring in real time to the existing maintenance management, and the need for automation in the management of goods in warehouses. From the 2 main problems, the author provides suggestions for a solution to build an web-based Maintenance Information System. Then, after the design, it can be concluded that the design of new systems need to be applied.
