Sample was taken from consecutive sampling with 45 patients from January 2006 to December 2009. The data analyzed by SPSS using chi square test with alternative fisher exact test, and lambda correlations test. Probability (p) is < 0,05 with 95% Confident Intervals. Result There was strong correlation between adherence to treatment (p = 0,00; r=0,72) and length of treatment (p=0,00;r=0,77) with successful treatment outcome and no significant differences between socio economic status (p=1,00), nutrition status (p=1,00), smoking habits (p=0,42), risk profession (p=0,19), distance between home and health facility (p=0,97) with successful outcome.
