Abstract

Essentially the performance of employees is the result of a complex process, both originating from factors internal and external factors. The performance of the employees were very helpful in reaching for the achievements of the company's work, as well as short term goals and realize the long term. Employee performance is good hope company and other employees of establishments. If the performance of the employees good then employees performance to be good. This research tries to test some of the factors that are thought to have an impact on the performance of employees, organizational culture and organizational commitment. The research questions posed in this research are: (1) How the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment? (2) How the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance? and (3). How cultural influences the Organization of employee performance? This research was conducted at PT. Bitratex Industries. There are 95 respondents selected as samples by using sampling techniques in the form of simple random sampling. Data retrieval method is to use kuisioner. Techniques of data analysis in the present study is an analysis of the path (path). The research found that the whole hypothesis in this study proved significantly organizational culture and organizational commitment to a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. A variable that has the greatest influence is organizational culture. The implications of this research is on organizational culture and organizational commitment has the same important role both individually and collectively in increasing the performance of employees.
