The Application of Quality Management of ISO 9001:2000 cause alteration in the company, as compared to before quality management executed. From all requirement should meet by company, consists some requirements that influence to both lower and higher employee work satisfaction: system documentation (X1), work planning (X2), work controlling (X3), work environment (X4), and training (X5). This research was executed in order to found influence of Quality Management application of ISO 9001:2000 to employee’s work satisfaction in Main Clinic Laboratory of CITO. This research was explanatory research type by population of all employees who work in CITO. Data collected by questionnaire then analyzed by both qualitative and quantitative by using validity test, reliability, and linear regression analysis. Estimation result of the analysis was containing both positive and significant influence between each variable concerning employee work’s satisfaction (partially). Quality Management Application of ISO 9001:2000 obtain high success level, also employee work satisfaction reach high level after application of Quality Management of ISO 9001:2000.
