Abstract

Abstrak PT. Hardo Soloplast telah mencoba menerapkan suatu konsep dengan mengkoordinasikan antara supplier dan customer perusahaan yang menjadi partner dalam jaringan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan yang disebut dengan demand chain management. Akan tetapi, bagian marketing masih berfokus pada desain dan pelaksanaan pemasaran untuk penjaringan customer tanpa memperhatikan elemen lain dalam departemen yang ada di perusahaan, yang akhirnya dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya kepercayaan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap perusahaan. Karenanya perusahaan perlu merancang suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja yang mampu mengevaluasi kinerja demand chain perusahaan yang mana masing-masing departemen memiliki peranannya sendiri-sendiri. Hal yang dilakukan adalah mengukur kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan KPI yang disebut model DCOR (Demand Chain Operation Reference)l. Tools yang digunakan adalah AHP dan OMAX. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan cukup baik dengan nilai 5,924 dari skala 10 dan perlu melakukan perbaikan pada bagian kualitas, biaya, dan level kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract PT. Hardo Soloplast have tried to apply a concept to coordinate between the supplier and customer companies that are partners in a network owned by a company called demand chain management. However, the marketing still focuses on the design and implementation of customer marketing to get new customers regardless of other elements in the existing departments in the company, which eventually can lead to lack of trust and customer satisfaction with the company. Therefore company need to design a performance measurement system capable of evaluating the performance of companies that demand chain where each department has its own role. Thing to do is measure the performance of company using KPI called DCOR (Demand Chain Operation Reference) model. Tools used were AHP and OMAX. The results showed that the company's performance is quite good with a value of 5.924 out of 10 and need to make improvements in the quality, cost, and level of customer satisfaction.
