ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR KONTEKS DAN KAPABILITAS YANG MEMPENGARUHI MANFAAT PENERAPAN STANDARD STUDI KASUS PT. KUBOTA INDONESIA

Abstract

ABSTRAK PT.Kubota Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi diesel, terdapat berbagai tipe diesel yang diproduksi sesuai kebutuhan konsumen. PT.Kubota telah menerapkan berbagai standard industri seperti ISO 9001, 14001, standard produk ( SNI ) dan standard komponen seperti JIS, AISI SAE, dan BS. Standard yang diterapkan memiliki manfaat yang baik, namun belum diteliti mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi manfaat penerapan standard di PT.Kubota Indonesia Pada ISO Methodology (2010) Ada 2 tipe faktor yang mempengaruhi manfaat penerapan standard di perusahaan, yaitu faktor konteks dan faktor kapabilitas. Faktor konteks dapat diartikan sebagai faktor – faktor dari dalam perusahaan yang mempengaruhi dampak penerapan standard pada perusahaan. Faktor selanjutnya yaitu faktor kapabilitas. Faktor ini akan menilai perusahaan dari sisi kemampuan perusahaan untuk menerapkan standard tersebut. Pada faktor ini akan menilai persepsi perusahaan dan penilaian kinerja organisasi terhadap standard. Metode pengukuran kinerja perusahaan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini (studi kasus PT.Kubota Indonesia) adalah EFQM Excellence Model. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa faktor konteks dan kapabilitas masing – masing memiliki kontribusi yang mempengaruhi manfaat penerapan standard di PT.Kubota Indonesia. Didukung dari hasil kuesioner yang telah disebar dan fakta di lapangan ( case study research ) sehingga kesimpulan diambil tidak hanya berdasar satu rujukan. The applied standards have good benefits, but they have not been studied especially the factors that affect the benefits of the application of standards in PT.Kubota Indonesia. At ISO Methodology (2010), there are two types of factors that affect the benefits of the application of standards in the company, namely context factor and capability factor. Context factors can be interpreted as factors of the firm application of standards that affect the impact in the company. The other one is capability factor. This factor will assess the company on the company's ability to implement these standards. Here, this factor will assess the company's perception and assessment of the organizational performance based on standards. Corporate performance measurement method used on this study (case study in PT.Kubota Indonesia) is the EFQM Excellence Model. Based on the conducted analysis, it can be seen that the factors of context and capabilities, each factor has a contribution that affects the benefits of the application of standards in PT.Kubota Indonesia. Supported by the results of questionnaires that have been disseminated and as a matter of the facts in the company (case study research). The conclusions drawn not only by using on one reference.
