Abstract

Made to plan to get up system pemanyaran (scanners) profile thing surface uses ultrasonic wave based on mikrokontroler AT89S51. Ultrasonic wave reflection technique can maked use to detect surface coarseness profile a thing, thing surface profile knowable with measures distance and corner from thing surface. System pemanyaran (scanners) profile this thing surface uses transduser ultrasonic, series driver ultrasonic consist from pulse generator series use oscillator LM555, lasing series uses IC LM833, series standard uses IC LM339, series driver motor stepper use transistor BD139 and transistor D313, motor stepper as thing place plate activator, mikrokontroler AT89S51, and display in computer. Mikrokontoler be rein centre entire systems, mikrokontroler this will give trigger pulse in driver transduser ultrasonic, when does reflection from pulses that radiated accepted to return by receivers series transduser, so got object distance and corner from thing position. Thing be moved by motor disc stepper so that entire thing sides can to tested. Result got from this watchfulness can be used to memanyarkan (scanners) thing surface profile that moved by motor stepper. After be held this tool testing can work well and entire thing surfaces can be seen, measurement of distance towards standard distance is got linear correlation coefficient as big as 99,4% (R²= 0,994).
