Aplikasi Antarmuka Informasi Akademik Berbasis WAP Pada Perangkat Bergerak

Abstract

Communication means develops to be sopisticated, one of them is cellular phone. Need of cellular phone is so hight, that the people expect the cellular phone equipped with wireless application system (WAP), which is connected to the internet and can be used by collegers to access academic information system especially on electric enginerring Diponegoro univercity. Ability to access academic information system on mobile internet especially to improve education system. Application system design in academic information system with WAP on mobile basic used unified modelling language (UML) diagram , designed with PHP as programming language and MySQL as its database system. The processes, then applied to fuelfiel the need of system will be established. Beside the collagers, lectures are able to access academic information system via computer and their cellular phone. Though academic information system with WAP basic, expected can make easier for collegers and lecturers to access academic information system information electric enginerring especially.
