Abstract
Interpolation is a method of estimating values at the available data points. One of the methods used is Newton's divided differentiation of polynomial interpolation. This method applies polynomial function to estimate its value. Newton's divided differentiation of polynomial interpolation concept can be used to design a ship's screw (propeller), in which the method is applied to plot the arc thickness of the screw.
