In the transmission of digital message, that often have a distruction so can create errors to the received message. Golay code [23,12,7] is a binary code that can detect and correct until three error. The decoding of Golay code [23,12,7] can be done using Gröbner basis, i.e. finding the standart basis of the syndrome equation system. Decoding process is started by compute the syndrome decoding and built syndrome equation system S(s,v). Then from that system, found its Gröbner basis. The error locator can be found by finding its zero from Gröbner basis that contains only one variable.
