Abstract

Perangkat Iunak merupakan basil akhir dan tahapan suatu metodologi analisis dan disain sistem terstruktur. Proses pengembangan sistem untuk inenghasilkan perangkat lunak melalui langkah-langkah perencanaan sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem dan implementasi sister. Dalam tugas akhir ini dikembangkan sistem Job Order berdasarkan studi kasus di PT Telkom Divisi Regional IV Sawa Tengah dan D.I.Yogyakarta. Pengembangan sistem Job Order inenghasilkan perangkat lunak terintegrasi untuk aplikasi prosedur penanganan gangguan Job Order pada kerusakan perangkat telekomItmikasi di seluruh Jateng dan DIY. Sistem yang disusun dapat term dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi sistem secara keseluruhan. Software system is a final result of a structured system analysis and design methodology phases. System development process to produce a software system are including the phases of system planning, system analyzing, system designing and system implementation. The Job Order system development for this final project is based on case study of PT Telkom Regional Division IV Central Java and D.I. Yogyakarta. The Job Order system development is produce an integrated software system that handled the Job Order application procedure on an interfered telecommunication equipment covers all over region of Central Java and D.I.
