Abstract
Untuk a bilangan bulat , m bilangan bulat positip sedemikian hingga a dan m prima relatif atau (a,m) = 1, Mika kongruensi x2 = a ( mod m ) mempunyai solusi maka a - disebut Quadratic Residu modulo m. Untuk mencari solusi kongruensi bentuk x2 m p (mod q) atau x2 q ( mod p ) maka digunakan Hukum Quadartic
