Abstract
Background : Cellullar imunity has more important role in cancer immunosurveillance compared with humoral imunity. Nulear cell activity in cancer immunosurveillance is very important that showed with granzyme expression. Several researches proved that combination of cyclophosphamide - transfer factor was able to give sinergical effect to the decrease of tumor cell proliferation, to kill cancer cell, and to increase perforin expression score. There has been no further research whether the combination of cyclophosphamide - transfer factor are also capable of giving sinergical effect on granzyme expression. Objectives : To analyze the effect of cyclophosphamide – transfer factor on mononuclear cell on granzyme B expression in C3H mice with breast adenocarcinoma. Methods: Laboratorical experiment research by using “Randomized Post test only control group” design using 20 of C3H female mice. Sample was divided into 4 groups: K as control, P1 was treated with combination of cyclophosphamide-transfer factor, P2 was treated with transfer factor and P3 was treated with cyclophosphamide. Performed ANOVA test with level of trust 95 %. Results: There was a significant difference in mononuclear cell that express granzyme B among the groups (p<0,05). There was no significant difference in a group which was only given cyclophosphamide compared to combination of cyclophosphamide-transfer factor. Conclusion: There was a significant increase on mononuclear cell that express granzyme B in C3H mice with breast adenocarcinoma that treated with cyclophosphamide – transfer factor combination compared to cyclophosphamide or transfer factor only. Keywords: cyclophosphamid, transfer factor, granzyme B , breast adenocarcinoma
