Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang sintesis krom(III)-hipoksantin, Pembentukan la-om(III)-hipoksantin dipengaruhi oleh pH. Kondisi pH dapat mempengaruhi bentuk keto atau enol dari hipoksantin. Pengaruh pH pada sintesis krom(III)-hipoksantin yang dikaji adalah pada pH 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 dan 12. Senyawa kompleks yang terbentuk diekstrak dengan klorofonn. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pH pada interaksi krom dengan hipoksantin. Hasil optimal kompleks krom(III)-hipoksantin adalah pada pH = 12 (64,44 %), dan struktur kompleks yang ada diduga adalah krom(III)-hipoksantin yang netral. Hal ini diperkuat oleh spektra ultraviolet dan inframerah yang diperoleh. The research about synthesis chromium(III)-hypoxanthine had been done. Chromium(III)-hypoxanthine formation was influenced by pH. The pH condition could influenced keto or enol form from hypoxathine The pH influence on chromium(III)-hypoxanthine synthesis which was examined were from 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 12 pHs. Complex compound which had been formed extracted by chloroform. The result which was received showed there was .pH influence on krom interaction with hypoxanthine. The optimum result complex chromium(III)- hypoxanthine was on pH = 12 (64.44 %), and the complex stucture which was exist estimated was neutral chromium(III)-hypoxanthine. This matter was supported by ultraviolet and infrared spectra which was received.
