Abstract
Proses penyemenan adalah memompakan bubur semen bertekanan tinggi di bagian dalam antara selubung baja dengan lubang annulus. Pada kedalaman tertentu yang diperkirakan sekitar 100-600 meter, formasi sekitar selubung baja mengandung gas CO2 dan ion sulfat. Upaya untuk mengurangi kerusakan beton akibat serangan sulfatdapat dilakukan dengan menambahkan abu layang. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah menentukan waktu perendaman minimum dalam lingkungan sulfat terhadap kekuatan beton semen klas G yang telah ditambahkan 35 % BWOC abu layang. Kontak beton-sulfat dibuat dengan merendam beton dalam larutan 0,05M H2SO4 pada temperatur 50 °C dalam rentang waktu antara 1 hingga 17 hari dengan selang waktu. 2 hari. Kuat tekan beton basil perendaman dikarakterisasi dengan alat compressive strength sedangkan larutan sisa perendaman diukur daya hantarnya. Serbuk beton dikarakterisasi dengan difraktometer sinar-X. Dari basil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa waktu perendaman minimum beton dengan adanya serangan sulfat adalah 7 hari dengan kuat tekan sebesar 5.075 lbs, daya hantar sebesar 3,925 mS/cm dan terdapat senyawa barn yaitu thaumasit dan ettringit. Cementing is pumping slurry into the space between casing and annulus with high pressure. In the certain depth (100-600 meter), around casing formation contains CO2 gases and sulfate ions. To decreasing of damage concrete that has been attacked by sulfate is adding fly ash. Purpose from this research is determinate minimum curing time in sulfate solutions versus the strength concrete of cement class G that has been added by 35 % BWOC (by weight of cement) fly ash. Contact concrete-sulfate made by immersing concrete in 0.05 M HZSO4 at 50 °C about to 1 to 17 days with range 2 days. Compressive strength of immersed concrete is characterized and the conductivity of solution is characterized by conductometer. The concrete is characterized by X-ray diffractometer. The results shows that minimum of curing time in sulfate solutions is 7 days with the compressive strength is 5,075 lbs, the conductivity is 3.925 niS/cm and there are new compounds i.e. thaumasite and ettringite.
