Abstract

tintuk mengatasi interferensi pada spektrometri serapan atom nyala yang disebabkan gangguan kimia biasanya digunakan salali satu dari cars berikut, yaitu: menaikkan suhu nyala, menggunakan zat pembebas (Releasing agent), dan ekstraksi analit atau unsur pengganggu. Pada percobaan untuk mengatasi interferensi besi(III) terhadap krom(V1) ini digunakan ekstraksi pelarut untuk menghilangkan analit atau unsur pengganggu. Pelarut yang digunakan adalah dietileter, untuk mengomplekskan besi(III) digunakan SCN, dengan variasi pH: 2; 3; 4; 5; 6, dan variasi konsentrasi SCN-: 100 ppm; 150 ppm; 200 ppm; 250 ppm; 300 ppm, didapatkan kondisi optimum untuk ekstraksi ini adalah pada pH 5 dan konsentrasi SCN- 1.50 ppm. For the purpose at interference elimination on flame atomic absorption spectrometry which caused by chemical interferences usually using one of these ways: increase flame degree, using the releasing agent and analyte extraction. In this research to eliminate interferences betwen iron(III) and krom(VI) were used solvent extraction. The solvent was dietyleter, and metal complexing agent used for iron(III) of SCI\I-, with pH variation: 2; 3; 4; 5; 6, and variation concentration of SCIg-: 100 ppm; 150 ppm; 200 ppm; 250 ppm; 300 ppm, it was found that optimum was at pH of 5 and concentration of SCI\l" 150 ppm. vii This document is Undip Institutional Repository Collection.
