Abstract
Telah dilakukan isolasi kandungan kimia alkaloid dan buah Terong Ngor (Solanum indicum, Linn). Isolasi senyawa dilakukan dengan metode maserasi dan ekstraksi menggunakan pelarut n-heksan dan khloroform. Identifikasi adanya senyawa alkaloid dilakukan dengan menggunakan pereaksi Dragendorff. Pemisahan senyawa dilakukan dengan menggunakan kromatografi kolom vakum dengan eluen n-heksan : khloroform dan fasa diam silika gel 60 H. Diperoleh krude kasar alkaloid dari pemisahan kromatografi kolom vakum sebesar 0, 88 % dan berat sampel 450 gram. Penentuan jenis senyawa alkaloid menggunakan analisis UV, dengan hasil menunjukkan adanya senyawa alkaloid jenis indol pada serapan X 275 rim. The writer had isolate the contain of alkaloid compound from Terong Ngor ((Solanum indicum, Linn). The isolation used identify maseration method and extraction used n-heksan and cloroform. The writer used Dragendorff pereaction to whether there were any alkaloid or not. Futhermore, by using colomn vacuum chromatography with cloroform and silica gel 60 H, the writer isolated each of them.. And from thus exsperiment, the writer found a big crude alkaloid 0,88 % from sample which weight 450 gram. Determining the kind of alkaloid compound was performed by using the analysis UV, And the result was indol alkaloid compound at absorbtion 4 275 nm.
