Abstract
Contributing 30-40% of total revenues, drug and disposable health equipment sales are viable sources of revenue for the hospital. These (drug and health sales) revenue sources must be properly managed to act as a source of cross-subsidy. To date, drug supply and inventory at the Kelet Jepara Hospital follows no proper system and method. Main problem management Kelet Jepara Hospital is still high supply value of this disposable health equipment. Therefore it need the existence of effort for the resolving of the problems. Target of this research was to know supply value and Turn Over Ratio (TOR) disposable health equipment after applying of Economic Order Quantity method (EOQ) at part of Kelet Jepara Hospital pharmacy installation. Kind of research which to do pre experimental with evaluation descriptive used with observational approach and indepth interview with party correlation in perform process used disposable health equipment. Test of model used 6 kind of disposable health equipment. A group at ABC analysis and intervention was performed EOQ method as basis. The result reveals that all variables are significant on the Sign test (p < 0.05); it can be stated that there is a significant difference in the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) prior and subsequent to intervention. Result of research of Total Frequency goods purchase to kind of goods will determine work capital ready. In this research work capital needed measured by utilization of EOQ compare without utilization of EOQ method. Basis performance of EOQ method will affect stock values kinds of good, with value.
