Abstract

Surfaktan banyak terdapat &limn air buangan industri dan rurnah tangga .arena dapat berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan lagi pula dapat digunakan maka surfaktan diambil dari larutannya melalui metode sublasi. Larutan surfaktan dibuat sebagai model. Gas N.) digunakan sebagai peaggelembung etil asetat yang akan menaadsorspsi surfaktan dan mernbawanya ke permukaan. Varia.si tekanan dilakukan untuk menentukan pengaruh tekanan gas N2 terhadap massa surfaktan yang terambil, konsentrasi MBAS dan angka COD surfaktan sehingga.diperoleh tekanan optimum, kemudian dilakukan subalsi tiga kali pada tekanan tersebut untuk dibandingkan dengan sublasi satu kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. massa surfaktan yang diperoleh pada tekanan 0,125 Newtonicm2, 025 Newtonlee, 0,5 Newtonicm2 masing¬masing a.,dalali 78,3 mg; 74,1 mg; 50,7 mg. Konsentarsi MBAS pada tekanan yang sama adalah 109,03 ppm; 107,74 ppm; 91,61 ppm dan angka COD pada. tekanan yang swim adalah 85,66 ppm; 79,68 ppm; 35,86 ppm. Sublas.i tiga kali pada tekanan 0,125 Newtonfcm (tekanan optimum) memperlihatkan bahwa massa surfhktan yang diperoleli adalah 385,4 mg; konsentrasi MBAS 485.45 ppm; angka. COD 899,6 ppm„ sedangkan massa surfaktan awal adalah 650 mg sehiugga recovery 59,29 %. Dari basil penelitian disimpulkan tekanan gas N2 dapat mempengaruhi hasil sublasi. Presence of much surfactant are in wastewater of industries and household. Because surfactant has negative effect on the environment besides that they still could be recycled, so surfactant was recovered from the solution with sublation method. Solution of surfactant was as a model. N-) gas was required for making the bubbles of etil acetat that would adsorbed surfactant and brought them to surface. Variety of pressure was conducted in order to determine influence of N2 gas to mass of recovered surfactant, MBAS concentration and COD value of surfactant solution, so optimum pressure would determined and than three times sublation was conducted at this pressure to compared with once sublation. The result of the research showed that mass of surfactan at pressure 0.125 Newtonfem2, 0.25 Newton/cm2, 0.5 Ne-wtonicm2 were 78.3 mg, 74.1 mg, 50.7 mg. MBAS concentration at the same pressure were 109.03 ppm, 107.7 ppm, 91.61 ppm: and COD value were 85.66 ppm,79.68 ppm, 35.86 ppm. Three times sublation at pressure 0.125 Newtonicm2 (optimum pressure) knowed that the mass of obtained surfactant was 385.4 mg, IVIBAS concentration was 485.45 ppm, COD value was 899.6 ppm, the initial mass of surfactant was 650 mg so the recovery was 59.29 %. Result of research showed that pressure of N2 gas could influnce of sublation result. iv IL; 11,-1 IL; L 1;1 p en I pi! LIIIM I p 1111, LI ;
