Abstract

Family Doctor Services are health services in which comprehensive and integrated. It is one of PT Askes efforts to improve health services for government officer. Number of government officer at Educational and Cultural Department is about 1.000 persons, but people who follow the family doctor program are still few. Based on previous study from 15 respondents showed that 1 person (6,67%) had already received family doctor services. Program of family doctor in Semarang was begun in middle of May 2004, but number of people who had accepted family doctor services was 6.940 persons (16,35%). Aim of this research was to know relationship between characteristics of respondent (age, sex, education, marital status, stratification/classification, and length of work), and knowledge factor about family doctor, attitude, and subjective norm that relate to intention for getting family doctor services. This was explanatory research using cross sectional approach. Number of sample was 100 persons who worked at Educational and Cultural Department in Central Java Province. Sample was taken by method of simple random sampling and drawing. Data was analyzed using Chi-Square, Rank-Spearman, and PearsonProduct Moment test Sumber Utama : www.mikm.undip.ac.id
