Abstract

Analisa unsur dalam sampel bisa dilakukan dengan cara destruksi. Destruksi yang umum dipakai adalah destruksi basah dan kering. Destruksi yang tidak tepat akan mempengaruhi kandungan unsur dalam sampel. Untuk itu metoda destruksi perlu dipelajari. Dengan mempelajari metoda destruksi terhadap sampel susu akan dapat dibandingkan metoda mana yang lebih baik digunakan pada penentuan kalsium terhadap sampel susu. Pada destruksi kering pemanasan dilakukan pada temperatur 450°C selama 5 jam. Destruksi basah dipanaskan pada temperatur 60°C selama 3 jam. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh konsentrasi kalsium dalam sampel susu dengan destruksi basah 797,18 mg/100g dan destruksi kering 882,00 mg/100g. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa destruksi kering lebih baik dari pada destruksi basah untuk analisa kalsium dalam sampel susu. The analysis of elements in the sample can be carried out by means of destruction. The general destruction that often used are wet and dry destruction. The destruction that is not suitable will in fluenee the contents of elements in the sample. Because of that, the destruction method must be learned, by means of destruction method and compared which method that is better for used, to determine concentration of calcium from the Sample of milk. At the dry destruction, the heating was carried out on temperature of 450°C for O5 hours, and the wet destruction at temperature of BO C for 3 hours. From the result of the research, was obtained that concentration of calcium in the sample of milk for wet destruction 797,18 mg/100g and dry destruction 882,00 mg/100g. Based on of the research above, can be conluded that the dry destruction is better than wet destruction for analysis of calcium in the sample milk.
