Abstract
Telah dilakukan penentuan konsentrasi kritis misel (cmc) dari gliseril monostearat dalam snafu emulsi tipe minyak dalam air (ofw) dengan metode konduktometri. Larutan emulsi yang mengandung 75% air dan 25% minyak kelapa dititrasi dengan larutan gliseril monostearat pada suhu 25 °C. Daya hantar listrik yang terjadi diukur dengan konduktometer. Daiam penelitian ini konsentra.si kritis misel gliseril monostearat yang dititrasikan adalah 0,1677 N, dengan ralat penyimpangan terhitung sebesar 1,133 %. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode konduktometri merupakan salah satu cara yang efektif efisien dan akurat dalam menentukan cmc suatu emulsifier. Critical concentration of glyceril monostearate micelle in oil in water (o/w) emulsion have been done by mean of conductometric method. An emulsion solution which contain of 75% water and 25% coconut oil titrated by glyceril monostearate solution at temperatur 25°C. The electric conductivity was measured by conductometer. Glyceril monosterate's cmc that have been determined in this experiment is 0,1677 N + 1,133 % errors. The experiment's result conclude that conductometric is an effective, effecien and accurate method for an emulsifier's cmc determination.
