Abstract

The patient amount in the year 2005 in polyclinic of Pantiwilasa Citarum Hospital (RSPWC) experienced 25% decreasing although service tarif was low and also hospital location was easy to be reached and the public facility have been equiped completely and also the provider have tried to give service with professional and good performance. This research aimed to know perception of patient about hospital location accessibility, price in general polyclinic, information (promotion) about general polyclinic, facility in general polyclinic, services in general polyclinic, staff in general polyclinic and the influential to decision of revisit in polyclinic of RSPWC Type of research was observational. Sample was obtained by taking 100 patients as respondents and having the degree of accuracy 0,1. Data from variable that will be observed to be collected by cross sectional approaching using the questioner sheets. Data were analysed step by step using analysis of univariat for describing each variable, then analyse the bivariat with test of Chi Square for the relationship between independent variable with dependent variable. Furthermore, multivariat analysis with multiple logistics regression to test independent variable which most having an effect on to dependent variable. Respondents have a good enough perseption about hospital location, accessibility services and staff in general polyclinic. About price and facility in general polyclinic, the responder have a good perseption. For the information (promotion) about general polyclinic, some respondents have bad perseption. Perseption about hospital location accessibility (p=0,033) and price (p=0,023) in general policlinic have significant relationship and influential to decision of revisit.
