Abstract
Telah dilakukan analisa konsentrasi Timbal, Timah dan Seng dalam ikan kaleng sardines merek BT dengan metoda Spektrofotometii Serapan Atom. Metode ini sangat selektif dan sensitive dibanding metoda lain untuk menentukan konsentrasi logam dalam sampel. Dua puluh lima gram sampel didestruksi dengan campuran 5 ml H2SO4 4- 15 ml HNO3 pekat.Kemudian dipanaskan sampai larutan berubah jadi jernih. Larutan jernih ditentukan absorbansinya. Hasil pengukuran diinterpolasi¬kan kedalam kurva standar sehingga diperoleh konsentrasi logam dalam sampel. Hasil analisa 'menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi logam-logam dalam ikan kaleng mempunyai korelasi positif dengan umur ikan kaleng. Waktu yang balk untuk mengkonsumsi ikan kaleng adalah satu tahun atau lebih sebelum tangggal yang tercantum pada kaleng kemasan. The Lead, Tin and Zinc concentrations in canned sardines of BT had been measured with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method. AAS-method is very selective and sensitive than other method for analysis metal concentration. Twenty five gr of an accurately weighed sample was desrtructed with mixture Of .5 ml of H2' SO4 4- 15 ml of HNO3' heated until solution clear. The colourless solutions were measured the absorbances. The Absorbances results were interpolated to standard kurve so that to get the metal concentrations of sample. The result of analysis showed that the concentrations of Lead, Tin and zinc in canned sardines had positive corelation with age of canned sardines. The best time consume is a year or more before date of the can.
