Abstract
Penelitian tenting penclaruh penambahan zat aditif pada zat aktif permukaan anion dan nonion telah dilakukan terhadap proses detergensi serat katun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pH optimum 7, baik untuk zat aktif anion atau nonion. Zat aktif nonion membutuhkan penambahan H,PO4 lebih banyak dari zat aktif anion yaitu 6% untuk nonion-dan 4% untuk anion. Disamping itu zat aktif nonion memperlihatkan detergensi lebih besar dari anion seperti, 70;7% untuk nonion dan 61% untuk anion. Pelarut seperti air sumur dan air PAM juga mempengaruhi detergensi, detergensi zat aktif nonion mencapai 70% dengan pelarut air sumur dan 64% dengan pelarut air PAM, sedanokan untuk zat aktif anion 61% dengan pelarut air sumur dan 49% dengan air PAM The reseach about influences of additive substances addition into anionic and nonionic surface active agent have been done, on, detergency proceses of catton fabric. The result of reseach showed optimum pH is 7 either. anionic or nonionic surfactant. Nonionic surfactant needed more H3PO addition than anionic surfactant ie: BX for nonionic and 4X for anionic. Beside that addition nonionic surfactant showed detergency more than anionic surfactant ie: 70,77. for nonionic surfactant and 61% for anionic surfactant. The solvent like natural water and PAM water influence detergency, detergency of nonionic surfactant is until 70,7X with natural water and 64X with PAM water, whereas anionic surfactant is 61X with natural water and 59X with PAM water.
