Abstract

High of communicable disease morbidity rate and low of program coverage can cause transmission of disease based on environment and behavior. To anticipate transmission through these causes, there needs to manage towards in the following indicators related to Minimal Services Standard namely Disease Prevented by Immunization, Prevention of Tuberculosis Disease, Prevention of Acute respiratory Track Infection Disease, HIV-AIDS, Prevention of Hemorrhagic Fever Disease, Prevention of Diarrhea, Filariasis, Outbreak, and Environmental Sanitation Services. At this time, decision making for intervention activities is not complete, but the requirements of information are needed to make a decision. Those requirements are available, easy to understand, relevant, timely, reliable, accurate, and consistent, System of recording and reporting of Health Center is still implemented but it is not complete, That condition causes many problems and not appropriate with the requirements of information. Aim of this research was to result Information System of Disease Prevention and Environmental Sanitation Program that can provide adequate information to support monitoring. Design of this research was qualitative method through in-depth interview. Subject was the implementer of activities and the holder of strategic management. Object was information system of disease prevention and environmental sanitation. Development of system, which was conducted using the FAST method (Framework for the Application of System Techniques), obtained the result as follows: the old system was done manually by using Microsoft Excel and resulted information could not show distribution of disease based on place aspect/map. The new system resulted more complete information namely data basis, map, graphic, and histogram which could support monitoring. Result of evaluation towards quality of information system, there is any significant different between before and after developed system (p<0,05). Sumber Utama : www.mikm.undip.ac.id
