Abstract

Permanent magnet BaO.6(Fe203) has been made and analized the sinter temperatur effect to its magnetic properties and micro structure. On the sinter process koersivity, remanence, energy product maximum and the micro structure of magnet material changed which made by powder metallurgy than milling, compaction and sinter process to made strengt magnet. Evaluation on magnetic material use BH Tracer and Foto Mikro. The evaluation result the magnetic properties and the micro structure indicate the highest value of the material at the sinter temperatur 1100°C is produced magnet density 4,632 gr.cm-3 is 87.727% from value theoritic and maximum product energy 7.403 latn3 or 81,352 % from the theoritic value.
