Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang penentuan deviasi pada pengukuran panjang organ menggunakan pesawat Ultrasonografi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan obyek tulang dan lempeng logam dengan variasi panjang yaitu 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 55 mm, 60 mm disebut " pengukuran standart " dalam wadah phantom berisi air yang dibuat sonogram pengukuran dengan pesawat USG disebut "hasil citra "dengan kedalaman dari 30 mm — 60 mm dengan interval 5 mm. Penentuan deviasi ini didapatkan dengan metode perbandingan antara selisih pengukuran standart dengan pengukuran hasil citra yang dapat dianalisa secara statistik menggunakan program software komputer Microcal Origin 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai deviasi pengukuran panjang organ tergantung dengan kedalaman dan jenis obyek yang diperiksa, kemudian untuk dapat mengestimasi nilai deviasi dapat ditentukan dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi Tinier yaitu Y = A + BX. it has been doing a research about the appointment of deviation to the long measurement from organ of body with the Ultrasonography instrument. This experiment was used with teh object of bone and metal with length various30 mm, 35 mm. 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 55 mm, 60 mm are " the measurement standart" in the place of phantom with of water was made the appointment makes standart sonogram with USG plane called as result of type " with deeply from 30 mm — 60 mm with interval 5 mm. Appointment of the deviation got with ratio methods between standart measurement analysis with statistic uses software computer microcal origin 4.0. The result of experiment show the value of deviation from measurement length organ depend on deeply and kind of object that is deviation certain with used the liniear reuesion comparison is Y A + BX.
