The qualitative study of the compilation job analysis the promotion power of the health in the health service and the community health in Tasikmalaya city in 2007

Abstract

The promotion of program of the health was one of the main program in the development of the sector of the health, because of that, the promotion program of the health to an activities in the health service and the community health. In Tasikmalaya health services including in the community health centre it was not yet carried out job analysis for the promotion power of the health so as in his implementation was felt to be not more optimal, that was seen from the capacity/skills of the health promotion power in planning, activating and monitoring the evaluation and monitoring the evaluation, seen from the hindrance, this in part the health promotion powerin planning, activation and monitoring the evaluation, seen from the hindrance, this in part the health promotion power especially in the community health centre it was not yet based on the clear criterion and the promotion power of the health often alternated. This research had a purpose got information about the description of the work and work specification through the analysis work of the promotion power of the health, both in the health service and in the community health centre, as the recommendation to the health section head and the had of the community health centre to be used as the guide in the employment especially the health promotion power at the community health centre. In this research was used by the qualitative plan and was presented descriptively with the kind of the case study research the data collection was carried out with the deep interview, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and observation. The interview was carried out to the health section head and the head of the community health centre, to the head of the section of the community of the health service to the health section head the eradication of the illness and environment sanitation, to the promotion section head of the health, the head of the community health centre and the power of the health of the community health centre of the promotion coordinator. The data was afterwards analysed descriptively.
