Abstract

A hospital must provide services by using a concept of one step services, it means all needs for health services must be quickly and accurately provided by a hospital and has a good quality and cheap. Sufficient health resources are needed to perform its health efforts. Tugurejo public hospital is an organization that has a varied status and skill of employees and needs a specific skill to manage it. Human Resource Sub Departement is one of departements at the hospital that has an important role to determine the success of employees management. Based on the previous study, factors of timeliness and easy to access information about officialdom were the main problems. A report was unplanned and not available while it was needed because it was still in form of paper base, and had not been in data basis. Updating data of employees educating and training was performed manually. Therefore, Director could not monitor their history quickly and accurately. Aim of this research was to develop officialdom information system to support evaluation of employees development for educating and technical training at Tugurejo Public Hospital in Semarang.
