Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh peningkatan tegangan tabung sinar-X terhadap kontras radiografi. Peningkatan tegangan tabung sinar-X menyebabkan perbedaan sinar-X yang ditransmisikan oleh obyek, sehingga menghasilkan densitas yang dan kontras radiograf yang berbeda. Pengaruh peningkatan tegangan tabung sinar-X terhadap kontras radiograf diperoleh melalui pengukuran densitas radiograf setelah sinar-X menembus stepwedge. Perbedaan kehitarnan (densitas) pada stepwedge setiap kenai.kan tegangan tabung menghasilkan kontras radiograf. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan tegangan tabung sinar-X terhadap dosis radiasi yang diterima oleh pasien, dilakukan melalui pengukuran laju dosis radiasi hambur. Hashl penelitian meriunjukkan, semakin tinggi tegangan tabung sinar-X, kontras radiograf yang dihasilkah rendah, tetapi dosis radiasi yang diterima oleh pasien iebih kecil. Kata kunci : tegangan tabung (kV), densitas radiograf, kontras radiograf, laju dosis radiasi hambur dan dosis total pasien. It has been researched about affect increasing X-ray potential tube to radiographic contrast. Increasing X-ray potential tube causing defference radiographic density and radiographic contrast. Affect increasing X-ray potential tube to radiographic contrast had to measurement radiographic density which transmitted to stepwedge. Density deference of stepwedge at X-ray potential tube increasing results radiographic contrast. For understanding to affect X-ray potential tube for patient radiation dose have measurement by scattering rate dose. The result of experiment the higher X-ray potensial tube make the lower radiographic contrast, and decrease the patient dose. Key word : potensial tube (kV), radiograph density, radiograph contras, seater radiation dose rate and patient total dose.
