Abstract

Theorytical study of " Exitation Temperature, Electronic Temperature and Electronic Density of Argon Plasma Analysis with Spectroscopic Methods" has been done in this research. This research used secondary data to measure exitation temperature, electroinc temperature and electronic density of plasma. The data was used in this research from Argon plasma with preassure of I MPa The local thermodynamic equilibrium was taken as assumption in this plasma and the law of Boltzmann equilibrium has been occur. The results was obtained are : Excitation temperature of 2,877.70 K electronic-temperature of 21,266.54 K and electronic density of 4.6 x 1021 cin-
