Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh variabel geometri yang menimbulkan magnifikasi dan distorsi terhadap kualitas Gambar Röntgen melalui pemotretan Sinar - X terhadap obyek benda bulat dengan cara mengatur perubahan jarak obyek - film, focal spot - obyek dan mengatur variasi penyudutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Pada pengaturan perubahan jarak obyek - film diperoleh magnifikasi sebesar 0 % untuk jarak 0 cm sampai 126,56 % untuk jarak 45 cm. 2. Pada pengaturan jarak focal spot - obyek diperoleh magnifikasi sebesar 0 % untuk jarak 110 cm sampai 6,25 % untuk jarak. 40 cm. 3. Bertambahnya sudut focal spot akan menimbulkan distorsi yang semakin besar. Magnifikasi dan distorsi yang terjadi ternyata mempengaruhi kontras dan ketajaman Gambar Röntgen. Kata kunci : Gambar Rontgen, Magnifikasi dan Distorsi Have done a research on the influenced of geometric variable that caused magnification and distortion on the quality of Röntgen image. The. X-ray imaging on spherical objects by measuring the distance between object and film, focal spot and object and measuring the variation of angle. The result of the research shows that : 1. On the arrangement of the variation of object - films distance gives the magnification result of 0 % to 126,56 % for distance of 0 cm. to 45 cm. 2. On the arrangement of the variation of focal spot - object distance gives the magnification result of t1 % to 6,25 % for distance of 110 cm to 40 cm. 3. As the focal spot angle increased the distortion is also increased the magnification distortion that show up, in fact, influent the contrast and the sharpness of Röntgen image.
