Abstract

Teiah dibuat. simuiasi sistem pengukur massa berbasis kornputerc Sistem ini dapat mensimulasikan massa 0 - 2000 gram yang setara dengan masukan 0 - 4,8 volt. Sistern Baca hasil ukur Dada monitor dengan tampilan angka/numerik. Simulasi sistem diatas terdiri atas komponen-komponen ; rangkaian jein batan wheatstone sebagai rangkaian masukan sistem (rangkaian simulasi), perangkat keras yang terdiri dari ADC 0809 yang berfungsi sebagai pengubah sinyal analog ke sinyal digital, PPI 8255 yang berfungsi sebagai penghubung sinyal digital dari ADC 0809 ke komputer, dan perangkat lunak dengan rnenggunakan bahasa pemrograman Borland Delphi 3.0. • basil uji linieritas ADC (tegangan analog dan digital) didapatkan hasil piing tinier Y = 51,071X - 0,201 dengan variansi a = 0,097, uji PPI 8255 didapatkan hasil bahWa PPI tersebut dapat bekerja. Uji rangkaian jembatan wheatstone didapatkan hasil deviasi rata-rata 0,05 dan uji sistem menunjukkan hubungan yang tinier Y = 416,6869X - 0,1172 dengan variansi Has been made a simulation of mass measuring system based on computer technology. The system can simulate mass between 0 - 2000 gram that equal with the input between 0 - 4,8 volt, The display system of the output is on the monitor numerically, The system simulation above, consists of different kind of component; wheatstone bridge circuit as an input circuit of the system (simulation cireuitj, the hardware, which consists of ADC 0809 as a signal converter from analog to digital, PPI 8255 as digital signal connector from ADC 0809 to the computer, and the software using computer language programming Borland Delphi 3.0. From the examining result of linearity of ADC 0809 (analog and digital voltagej, we can get Y = 51,071X - 0,201, with variance a = 0,097, by examining of PPI 8255, we get the better result, and by examining the wheatstone bridge circuit, we can get the mean deviation result 0,08 and the system examining shows the relationship of linearity between Y = 416,6869X - 04172 with variance a = 0,0247, = 0,0247.
