Abstract

Laser mempunyai sifat yang lebih balk dibanding cahaya lain karena mempunyai sifat searah, monokromatis dan intensitas yang tinggi. Untuk. menjalankan laser semikonduktor dibutuhkan alert pemulsa dengan menggunakan rangkaian astable multivibrator yang mempunyai output berbentuk gelombang persegi. Hasil dariApaluaran laser dengan panjang gelombang (7,27 ± 0,09).10 mm, mempunyai berkas sejajar sejauh (5,50 ± 0,14).10 mm dan penyebaran sudut sebesar (3,63 ± 0.06).10-4 rad (0,02°). Laser has the best character if comparison with the other light because has direction character, monochromatic, coherent and high intensity. To operated semiconductor laser is needed power distributed to make output it-s appearance pulse is needed pulsation tool to make use of combination astable multivirator that have output shape square wave. The result_ from output laser have wavelength (7,27 ± 0,09).1043 mm, has parallel sheaf as far as (5,50 ± 0,14)a10 mm and spread of corner is (3,63 ± 0,06).10- rad (0,02°).
