Abstract

Telah dilakukan kendali mutu foton pesawat teleterapi akselerator linear 6 MeV di Instalasi Radioterapi RSVP Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Kendall mutu melalui kalibrasi dilakukan dengan alat dosimeter farmer dan fantom berisi air, pada kedalaman 5 cm, luas laparigantadiasi 10 cm x 10 cm dan jarak ke permukaan fantom 100 cm. Hasil kendali mutu dengan dosimeter fanner adalah stabilitas dosimeter farmer diperoleh nilai 0,0248% lebih kecil dari 1% nilai yang direkomendasikan oleh PSPKR BATAN, kualitas berkas foton diperoleh nilai 0,68 lebih kecil dari 0,7 nilai yang di rekomendasikan IAEA, nilai laju dosis serap kedalaman 5 cm adalah 155,19 cGy / menit dan nilai laju dosis serap maksimum kedalaman 5 cm adalah 176,15 cGy / meta It has been an execution of quality control photon of linear Teletherapy accelerator 6 MeV at Radiotherapy installation on RSVP Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Quality control through calibration hase been done by farmer dosimeter and watered fantom, on the radiation field of 10 cm x 10 cm, width 5 cm depth and the distance from radiation source to surface — 100 m. The result of quality control are stabilizer of farmer dosimeter 0,0248 % or 1% less than those recommended by PSPKR BATAN, photon beam quality is 0,68 or less than those recommended by IAEA (0,7), the effective absorption dosage value on 5 cm depth is 155,19 cGy/minutes, and the maximum absorption dosage value on 5 cm depth is 176,15 cGy/minutes.
