Abstract

Telah dilakukan percobaan pengaruh teknik tegangan tinggi terhadap kualitas radiograf. Teknik ini merupakan salah satu teknik pemeriksaan radlograft dengan menggunakan tegangan tabung di atas 100 kV. Percobaan dilakukan dengan teknik tegangan tinggi dan teknik tegangan rutin, pada teknik tegangan tinggi menggunakan kondisi penyinaran 100 kV -120. kV dan tegangan ruti•menggunakan kondisi 50 kV - 70 kV. Dari percobaan ini didapatkan hasil bahwa pada teknik tegangan tinggi kontrasnya lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan tegangan rutin. Untuk aplikasinya teknik tegangan tinggi lebih lanjut disarankan pada pemeriksaan toraks, angiografi, saluran pencemaan, rnyelografi dan pelvimetri Kata kunci : tegangan tinggi, kontras, kualitas. The influenced of high voltage technique has been experimented to the radiography quality. This technique is the one of the radiography examination using voltage of tube over 100 kV. This experiment was done by using high voltage technique and routine voltage technique. The high voltage technique used range of voltage 100 kV -120 kV and routine voltage used 50 kV - 70 kV. This experiment has resulted the contrast of high voltage technique less than those of routine voltage technique. In application, high voltage technique has been suggested to chest, angiography, tractusdigestivus, myelography, and pelvimetry examination. Key word : high voltage, contras, quality.
