Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang karakterisasi baban dielektrik KH2PO4 dengan metode pelat sejajar pada temperatur kamar. Karakterisasi tersebut nieliputi konstanta dielektrik, konsentrasi, dan polarisasi saturasi berupa loop histerisis KH2PO4 terhadap peugaruh medan listrik luar. Dengan menempatkan KI-12PO4 diantara pelat sejajar dan diberi tegangan, Kli2PO4 akan terpolarisasi kearab medan. Keadaan tersebut tetap dan dapat bertaban. untuk waktu yang cukup lama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa polarisasi KI-12PO4 bersi fat non linear terhadap pertibaban medal) listrik hiar. SiIflt tersehut disebabkan oleli pergerakan daerah domain. Konstanta dielektrik maksimum KH2PO4 adalah ( 1 ,33:1:0,06) 1 02. KI121)0.1 metni I ik (lacrab opt imasi 0,5-1 Molar yang mentinjukkan polarisasi saturasi KH2PO4 pada rapat muatan (9,07±0,38)10-5 chn2 dengan nilai remanen pada ra CharacterizatiOn of dielectrics 1(1121).0.1 using a parallel plate method at room temperature has been realized. The characteristic include dielectric constant, concentration, and a saturation polarization that shown by hysteresis loop of KI-1.2P0,1 under the influence of electric field. When K1.121'04 placed between parallel plates with a given voltage, it will be polarized to the electric field. That situation is constant and survive until along time. The results show that non linear relationship between 10-12P0.1 polarization with the electric field,* it is caused by displacement of the domain area. Dielectric constant of K1-12PO4 is (1,33±0,06)102, with optimum area of 0,5-1 Molar, shows that saturation polarization of K112PO4 (9,07±0,38)10-5 C./m2 of Charge density, with remanent value (8,19±0,701 0-6 C/rn2 of charge density. pat inuatan rata-rata (8,19±0,74)10-6 C/m2. ry This document is Undip Institutional Repository Collection.
