Abstract

EFEKTIFITAS PENGGUNAAN DESINFEKTAN CIDEX TERHADAP PENURUNAN ANGKA KUMAN UDRA DI RUANG INSTALASI BEDAH SENTRAL RSUD Dr. MOEWARDI SURAKARTA TRI SUTANTINA -- E2A003072 (2008 - Skripsi) Desinfeksi ruangan merupakan upaya menekan atau mengurangi jumlah kuman (bakter) yang ada di dalam udara ruangan, dinding, lantai, dan permukaan benda lain yang berada di dalam ruangan. Penelitian desinfektan Cidex untuk menurunkan angka kuman udara dengan dosis 8 ml/m3 di ruang operasi RSUD Dr. Moewardi pernah dilakukan namun ternyat angka kuman udaranya masih melebihi nilai ambang batas. Menurut Kepmenkes RI No. 1204/Menkes/SK/X/2004 ditetapkan bahwa angka kuman udara tidak boleh melebihi nilai ambang batas pencemaran yang di perkenankan untuk ruang operasi yaitu 10 CFU/m3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan desinfektan cidex terhadap penurunan angka kuman udara di Ruang Operasi Bedah Sentral RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan sebelim dan sesudah desinfeksi menggunakan desinfektan Cidex. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimetal dengan perlakuan ulangan (one group pre and post test design). Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah berbagai dosis desinfektan dan variabel terikatnya adalah penurunan angk kuman udara. Hasil penelitian ini nilai rata-rata angka kumannya sebelum desinfeksi ruangan sebesar (29-46) CFU/m3 dan sesudah desinfeksi ruangan (1-34) CFU/m3. Dari hasil analisis statistik dengan uji Paired T Test ditujukkan bahwa ada beda sebelum dan sesudah desinfeksi pada beberapa variasi dosis (0,008). Hasil uji statistik dengan One Way Anova menunjukkan perbedaan angkakumna setelah desinfeksi pada beberapa variasi dosis pengukuran(0,000). Efektifitas penggunaan desinfektan Cidex yaitu pada dosis 10 ml/m3 yang merupakan dosis yang memenuhi syarat yang ditentukan oleh Kepmenkes RI No. 1204/Menkes/SK/X/2004 tentang Persyaratan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan masukan bagi pihak rumah sakit agar menggunakan dosis 10 ml/m3 untuk desinfeksi ruangan dengan desinfektan Cidex. Based on Decree of Kepmenkes RI No. 1204/Health Minister/SK/X/2004 on conditions of environmntal health of hospital, mention that the number of airs germ maynot exceed the limi value of pollution that permtted in operation room that is 10 CFU/m3. The aim of this research was to investigate the efectiveness of Cidex Desinfectan utilization to reduce number of airs germ in the Central Surgery Operating Instalation Room at Dr. Moewardi hospital. The Sampling methodwas done before and after Cidex disinfection. This research was experiment with repetation treatment ( one group pre and post test) The independent variable, was variety of dose and dependent variable was the decrease number of airs germ. The result of this research was the rate of airs germ before disinfection (29-46) CFU/m3 and after disinfection(1-34) CFU/m3.according to the statistic analysia with Paired Sample T Test to showed there was a deference before and after desinfection. According to the statistic test showed tht there was a difernce before and after desnfection on some variety of dosage (0,008). The Result of statistic test with One Way Anova showed the difference of number of airs germ after the disinfection measured variety of dosage (p=0,00). The effectiveness Cidex desinfection utilization was at 10 ml/m3 represernt the dosage that filled condition that determined by Kepmenkes RI No. 1204/Health Minister/SK/X/2004 on conditins of environmental health hospital determined.
