Abstract

Observation of the change of light polarization angle at transparent medium in radio frequency field as one of frying oil’s quality’s parameter various field direction and the great number of RF frequency. This observation done in order to know how the effect of radio frequency field variation on frying oils to light polarization angle. Field of frequency which is used in the obtained result from generator with 2kV of voltage and frequency that used is from 6.04 to 11 MHz. In this research used red laser with 632.8 nm of wavelength, green laser with 532 nm of wavelength and white light resource from halogen with maximum power 130W. The behavior that shall be abserved is movement direction of electrical field from laser light and white light which is transmitted consequency of providing external field RF on fried oil. Measurement show that change of polarization angle of non – linier toward increasing RF frequency field. The result graphic form a quadratic polynomial’s curve. At same condition, the changest polarization angle happened when providing green laser,upright position of RF frequency field on polarization angle direction 900 that is charged on twice fried oil.
