Abstract

The determination of Th-232 and Cs-I37 in vegetables buncis (Phaseolus Vulgaris). bayam (Amaranchus), Lombok (Capsicum Annum), kol (Brasicca Oleracea), and kacang panjang (Vigna Sinensis) in Semarang. The Th-232 content was determinated by the decay product Th-232. The Cs-I3 was precipited as Cs-Phosphomolibdate and measured by Gamma Spectrometer using a High Purity Germanium Detector (Hp-Ge) and Multi Channel Analyzer (MCA) Canberra-35 plus. The result indicated the radioactivity of Th-232 in vegetables between (41,6±2,5)mBq/kg and (178,41 3,3)mBq/kg. And the radioactivity of Cs-137 between (22,0±1,2)mBqfkg and (59,I±1,5)mBq/kg. Telah dilakukan penentuan kandungan Th-232 dan Cs-137 dal am contoh sayuran, buncis (Phaseolus Vulgaris), bayam (Amaranthus), Lombok (Capsicum Annum), kol (Brasicca Oleracea), dan kacang panjarig (Vigna Sinensis) di Semarang. Pengukuran Th-232 ditentukan melalui anak iuruh Th-232, sedang pengukuran Cs-137 ditentukan dengan diendapkan sebagai Cs-Phosphomolibdat dam diukur dengan Spektrometer Gamma menggunakan detektor dengan kemurnian tinggi (Hp-Ge) dan Multi Channel Analizer (MCA) Canberra-35 Plus. Basil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa radioaktivitas Th-232 dalam sayuran berkisar antara t41,6±2..5)mBqikg dam (178,4±3,3)miliclikg. Sedang radioaktivitas Cs-i37 berkisar antara (22,0±1,2) mRI/kg dan (59,1±1,5)mBq/k
