Abstract

"p" Block is part of Kampar Block which known as the area having potential of hydrocarbon traps. These potential traps are mostly structural or anticlinal associated with thrust faults relatively trending North East - South West and Normal faults trending- North - South. The Stratigraphy of the research area consist of : Pre-Tertiary Basement, Kelesa Fm, Lakat Fm, Tualang Fm, Telisa Fm, Binio Fm, Korinci Fm, and Nilo Fin. Several drilled wells proved that hydrocarbon encontoured at Kelesa Fm, Lakat Fm and Tualang Fm. There were 49 Wells drilled in the research area. They are Well Pt 1 up to Well Pt 48 and another Well called Nina. From these Well, only Well Pt 1, Well ft 3, Well Pt 31, Well Pt 35 and Nina that do not indicating oil potential. The other 44 Wells indicates oil potential. The seismic section of the area reflects that Lakat Fm is a deltaic sediment, shown from the seismic reflection "Clinoform", which the thickness reaches it's maximum in the mid south part. Several Wells bores are located in the area of maximum thickness. Blok "F" adalah bagian dari blok Kampar yang merupakan suatu daerah dimana terdapat perangkap Hidrokarbon yaitu dengan adanya antiklin yang berasosiasi dengan struktur sesar yang ada pada daerah tersebut. Struktur sesar yang ada terdiri- dari sesar naik dengan arah relatif barat laut-tenggara dan sesar turun dengan arah relatif utara-selatan. Stratigrafi daerah . penelitian terdiri dari 'Basement' pra-tersier, Formasi Kelesa, Formasi Lakat, Formasi Tualang, Formasi Telisa, Formasi Binio, Formasi Korinci,dan Formasi Nilo. Dimana setelah diadakan pemboran, Hidrokarbon terdapat pada Formasi Kelesa, Formasi Lakat dan Formasi Tualang. Pada daerah penelitian telah dilakukan 49 kali pemboran yang meliputi sumur # 1 sampai dengan sumur # 48 ditambah sumur Nina, dengan kriteria semua sumur menunjukkan ada gejala minyak kecuali sumur #1, #3, #31, #35 dan sumur Nina. Dari analisa penampang seismik, Formasi Lakat merupakan endapan Delta, terbukti dengan adanya konfigurasi pantulan seismik 'Clinoform', dengan ketebalan formasi menoa.pai maksimum di bagian tengah-selatan. Sebagian sumur pemboran terdapat di daerah yang mempunyai ketebalan formasi maksimum ini.
