Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) Identify the characteristics of TPI Class I, II, III and IV. (2) analyze the efficiency of input - output TPI Class I, II, III and IV. (3) Identify the repair input - output inefficient. The data used are secondary data in 2009 are sourced from TPI concerned and Mina PSKUD Baruna The calculation of the efficiency of TPI with DEA Method Version Banxia Frontier Analysis, which consists of many inputs and outputs. This study will discuss the efficiency with VRS assumption (BCC) Based on the calculation of the DEA, this study samples using 10 TPI on the northern coast of Central Java. TPI characteristics of the Class I is Tasikagung and Bajomulyo II. TPI Class II is Klidanglor TPI. Characteristics of the Class III is Bajomulyo I and Asemdoyong. TPI grade IV characteristics of TPI Banyutowo, Morodemak TPI, TPI Tawang, Tegalsari TPI, TPI Wonokerto. Analysis of VRS (BCC) and CRS (CCR) used the CRS show only 4 of 10 TPI. TPI is efficient while the VRS showed an efficient 8 TPI. VRS efficiency score analysis with the Bajomulyo II, Tasikagung, Klidanglor, Banyutowo, Tegalsari, Tawang, Wonokerto, and Asemdoyong. And while the TPI inefiesiensi Bajomulyo I amounting to 26.53% and 7.17% Morodemak. TPI Morodemak and Bajomulyo I make improvements input - output according to the addition or subtraction used in the DEA to achieve efficient
