Abstract
Timbal (Pb) dilingkungan jalan raya berasal dari gas buang kendaraan bermotor mengingat premium yang digunakan kendaraan bermotor mengandung timbal. Timbal merupakan logam toksik bersifat akumulatif. Gejala keracunan di tunjukkan dengan terganggunya funsi enzim pembentuk sel darah merah, yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan seperti anemia, fungsi ginjal, sistem saraf, dan sistem darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lama beraktivitas di jalan dengan kadar timbal dalam urin pada anak jalanan di Kota Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian survey dengan pendekatan Cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian adalah anak jalanan yang setiap hari berada di perempatan jalan wilayah Kota Yogyakarta, yaitu di perempatan Gondomanan, dan Malioboro, didapatkan sebanyak 33 responden, dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment pearson dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata beraktivitas 17498 + 9514 jam, rata - rata kadar timbal (Pb) dalam urin pada anak jalanan di Kota Yogyakarta 0.2 + 0,12 mg/l. Anak jalanan (72,7 %) memiliki kadar timbal urin yang melebihi ambang batas normal yaitu >0,15mg/l. Hasil uji statistik korelasi product moment pearson menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara lama beraktivitas dijalan dengan kadar timbal dalam urin (r : 0,360, p : 0,039) Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa adahubungan signifikan antara lama beraktivitas di jalan dengan kadar timbal dalam urin. Gas kendaraan bermotor memberiokan paparan timbal pada masyarakat, disarankan sebaiknya digunakan bensin tanpa timbal (Pb) Kata Kunci: Timbal, urin, lama beraktivitas, anak jalan THE CORRELATIAON ACTIVITY DURATION THE STREET WITH LEAD CONTENT IN URINE (RESEACH AT STREET CHILDREN IN YOGYAKARTA CITY) The Lead (Pb) of road the emission gasses of motor vihicles. Lead is toxic metal that can accumulation in bood. Taxic symptom is showed by the discription of enzyme function blood cell production that causa the impairment of health. Such anemia, renal function disorder, nerurological the association between activity duration in thes street with Lead content in urine on Street children. The was analytical survey research with cross sectional study. The subyects is of this study were 33 street childrens which resided in special cross road of two road in Yogyakarta, i.e. Gondomanan, Malioboro, with simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed with correlation product test. A p value < 0,05 was a significant level. The results showed of streed childrens rate duration activity of street 17498 + 9514 hours, the rate of urine lead content were 0.2 + 0,12 mg/l. The streed children (72,7 %) had the urine content more that >0, 15mg/l. Bivariat correlation product moment test results demonstrated that duration activity had correlation with the urine lead content (r=0,360, p=0,39). lt was concluded that duration activity had significant correlation with the urine lead content.
