Abstract
An achievement of a basic immunization target in District of Blora in the past five years was not reached. This condition could bring to outbreak. Aim of this research was to analyze human resources factors that influence the result of basic immunization activities by health workers at Health Centers in District of Blora. Type of this research was observational using Cross-Sectional approach. Number of sample was 98 persons. Collecting data used questionnaires. Data were analyzed quantitatively using Rank-Spearman test. Most of the respondents have perception of sufficient supervision (45,9%), sufficient equipments (43,9%), low compensation (49,0%), sufficient motivation (36,7%), good perception of work burden (43,9%), moderate attitude (42,9%), and unreachable the target of the basic immunization coverage (56,1%). The factors of supervision (p value = 0,000), availability of equipments (p value = 0,005), compensation (p value = 0,029), motivation (p value = 0,020), work burden (p value = 0.007), and attitude of health workers (p value = 0,000) respectively significantly influence the result of the basic immunization activities. To improve the result of the basic immunization activities that in accordance with standard of Universal Child Immunization, District Health Office of Blora should conduct training to Head of Health Centers about management of immunization at Health Centers, give incentive based on the work performance (index point), provide transportation for immunization activities, and allocate budget for following seminar, etc. Head of Health Centers should make a meeting schedule, supervise periodically, and give feedback of supervision result directly or indirectly.
