Abstract
Synthesis of ammonium hexafluoroindium gallate powder through sol-gel and drying method has been done. Sample ammonium hexafluoroindium gallate have consist of galium nitrate Ga(NO)3.6H2O, indium nitrate In(NO)3.H2O, ammonium hidroxide NH4OH and ammonium fluoride NH4F. The synthesized prepared sample were characterized using SEM and EDX to determine the morphology and chemical composition. SEM morphology of the ammonium hexafluoroindium gallate indicated that the crystal leads octahedral with each fraction variation mol indium (x) on the ammonium hexafluoroindium gallate (NH4)3InxGa(1-x)F6 composition with fraction mol indium (x) 0, 0, 25; 0.50, 0.75 and 1.
