Abstract

ABSTRAK Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan mengadakan pelatihan Blog dan Webdesain yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM di bidang Internet Marketing. Namun, pelatihan ini mengalami kendala dalam penerapannya akibat dari kemampuan peserta pelatihan terhadap materi-materi dasar yang beragam. Sehingga pelatihan Blog dan Webdesain tersebut tidak efektif. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas adalah e-Learning. Bagi peserta yang tidak lolos seleksi materi prerequisite pelatihan maka diberikan e-Learning untuk dipelajari sebelum pelatihan. Pengembangan konten e-Learning diawali dengan identifikasi kebutuhan dari 3 stakeholder yaitu learner, fasilitator, dan tutor. Untuk learner, elearning yang efektif yaitu materi pembelajaran mudah dipahami dan tidak mengakibatkan cognitive load pada otak. Untuk fasilitator, e-learning harus dapat dikembangkan melalui infrastruktur yang ada dan menjadi pendukung dalam pemenuhan target. Fasilitator menginginkan elearning ini harus dikembangkan secara efisien. Oleh karena itu, konten e-Learning ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan collaborative approach dan learner centered design. Penyajian desain konten e-Learning menggunakan knowledge map. banyak penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge map memiliki dampak positif terhadap pembelajaran. Hasil dari pengembangan e-Learning meliputi knowledge map dengan menggunakan aplikasi mindjet manager yang dikostumisasi dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan user dan user interface design. Hasil pengembangan e-Learning ini diimplementasikan dalam bentuk CD ROM pembelajaran yang mudah diakses dimana saja. ABSTRACT Dinas Perindustrian and Perdagangan held Blog and Webdesain trainings which aims to improve the quality of human resources in Internet Marketing. But, this training have many problems with the application because the difference ability of participants to the basic materials. So Blog and Webdesain trainings are not effective. One solution to overcome this problem is e-Learning. For participants who do not pass the selection and training of the prerequisite material is given an e-Learning to learn before training. The first step of E-Learning content development is identifying the needs of three stakeholders namely learners, facilitators, and tutors. For the learner, an effective e-learning means the material is easy to understood and not causing cognitive load for the learner brain. These can be achieved if the e-learning content is packaged appropriately. For the facilitator, an e-learning should be delivered through their available infrastructure and support to reach their target. It means the facilitator hope that e-learning must be developed efficently. Therefore, e-Learning content is developed with the collaborative approach and learner centered design approach. E-Learning content is designed using knowledge maps. Many studies shows that the knowledge maps have positive effects on learning. Results of this research is knowledge map by using mindjet manager application that customizing with user needs and user interface design. The result of the e-Learning development is implemented in CD ROM learning that is easily accessible anywhere.
